7. Never give up! Civic Centre Residents’ Association In the middle of Birmingham, at one of the most expensive place in the totally renewed City Centre you can see four big tower blocks. That is where the residents of the Civic Centre Residents’ Association live. They managed to fight against the destruction of their homes and they will tell you about their tactics to improve their flats. They will show you their flats, but also the City Centre of Birmingham (by foot and by boat).
